Stainless steel cooking grids are included with the Ruby. These grills though, go further than you could imagine. The rods are set at variable widths. This means that you can cook hot dogs at the centre of the BBQ and larger foods on the outside without the fear of losing anything through the grills. To finish this off the Thermal Cooking Grid is designed to transfer heat evenly across the surface meaning that it will heat up to 370 degrees C with the hood up or 430 degrees C with the hood down in less than three minutes. The warming rack tilts away to the rear. This will send grease to the back of the of BBQ for it to run safely away meaning less flare ups.
