The dual zone charcoal and wood drawers feature adjustable heights to allow whole pieces of wood to be used, whilst underneath is the ash collection tray. The drawers can be adjusted to suit your needs, and then fully removed for easy cleaning. Whilst in use, the drawers can be locked to keep everything safe.

Air vents are situated on the drawer face, the sides of the BBQ and on the back hood to give complete temperature control. The Hybrid is constructed from fully welding 304 grade stainless-steel with a double walled hood for extra insulation. The cooking grills are constructed from 10mm 304 grade stainless-steel. The 42' Hybrid also features the Pro-Searing grid. This spreads the heat across the surface and can reach 430 degrees C within minutes.

Finally, the tilt away warming rack with dual height positioning will help to keep food out of the fire without getting cold and the interior lights will mean that cooking at night is no problem.
