The Arc XL is fitted with a lateral gas burner, the first of it's kind, for consistent temperature and even heat distribution. The new lateral burner is the key innovation. With its rolling yellow flame that mimics a wood fire, Arc XL's lateral gas burner produces remarkably steady heat that is easy to control. It also frees up room on the huge, 20 mm thick stone oven floor, allowing you to make larger pizzas and move them about with ease. Likewise the Arc XL's casing is second to none for it's heat retaining prowess. The Gozney Arc XL also boasts a new digital thermometer and exhaust to draw out air and reduce soot build-up.
