The Alfa Forni Moderno 5 Pizze is the largest domestic gas oven in the Alfa Forni range and is more than suitable for large families or parties. No one will go hungry as this oven is capable of cooking 5 pizzas every 90 seconds. The modern design, antique red colour and huge size really makes this a focal point of any garden.

The unique ‘flattened’ half-dome design of the Alfa Forni ovens was developed after extensive testing identified it as the ideal shape for maximising circulation and heat flow. The full-circulation flue system, ceramic fibre insulation and patented refractory brick base allow Alfa ovens to efficiently reach and maintain temperatures up to 500°C. The oven’s seamless shell is made from a single sheet of powder-coated steel, with no rivets, making it both elegant and durable. Good looks and flawless performance, hand in hand. The inner wall is made from titanium-impregnated 441 stainless steel, a material that can tolerate thermal stress and resist heat, corrosion and atmospheric agents.

The pizza ovens come with a hose and regulator to suit a 27mm clip on Patio Gas or Leisure gas bottle. There is also a natural gas conversion kit included which will allow you to connect to the mains gas if required.
